Fulton County Trap Range

Located adjacent to the Fulton County Fairgrounds, the Fulton County Trap Range offers a certified two-field ATA facility that’s open to the public. Beyond serving as a spot for general practice, the range hosts ATA/AIM registered events.

Strengths:

1. Facility Excellence: Many reviewers have commented on the clean and flat fields. The range has four trap houses, ensuring enough space and equipment for multiple participants.
2. Friendly and Efficient Staff: Patrons have consistently praised the great service and the amicability of the staff. Newcomers are made to feel welcome, with some highlighting their positive first-time experiences.
3. Community Involvement: The trap range is known to support local initiatives like the Spring River Valley Friends of NRA.
4. Expertise and Certification: It’s not just a local range. One reviewer notes that the ATA certification wasn’t achieved by luck, but rather through the meticulous effort of the team to get all measurements and angles right.

Weaknesses:

1. Operating Hours: There’s feedback suggesting that the facility should be open more frequently and should communicate its operating hours more clearly to the public.
