Requirements to Shoot:

A valid NYC rifle/shotgun permit.
A legally registered shotgun in NYC, minimum 26-inch barrel without a pistol grip.
Target-load shotgun shells only: 2-3/4 inch, no greater than 3 dram or 1290 velocity, 7-1/2, 8 or 9 shot.
Safety-rated eye and ear protection.

Additional Information:

Gun Rentals: Not available. Bring your own shotgun.
Ammunition Sales: Not available. Bring your own ammunition.
Permitted Firearms: Only shotguns. No rifles or handguns.
Lessons: No formal lessons, but new shooters will be briefed on safety and basics.
Membership: Currently open to members only, but newcomers can shoot once before deciding to join. New Jersey trap club members are also welcome.
Membership Fee: $200 annually.
Cost to Shoot: $5.50 per 25 targets.
Operating Hours: Open Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM. Closing time varies. Call 718-761-6274 to confirm.
Affiliations: Membership in ATA & NRA is encouraged but not mandatory.
Registered Shoots: Available on Sundays for a minimum of three shooters.
