stablished in 2011, Last Resort Guns Inc. set out with the vision to be a gun store unlike any other. This store is deeply committed to recognizing the unique needs of every customer and ensuring satisfaction through sales, special orders, or simply providing genuine advice. They prioritize pleasing every customer above all else.

In September 2013, the store moved into a custom-built, state-of-the-art facility, tailored to provide Madison with an integrated offering of firearms, a shooting range, accessories, and training classes. This monumental move was celebrated with a grand opening in January 2014, graced by prominent figures like Alabama State Senator Bill Holtzclaw and Madison Mayor Troy Trulock.

Founding Team:

Russ Durling – A 24-year veteran of the Royal Air Force and a seasoned entrepreneur, he co-founded the business.
Andy Jones – Another co-founder, Andy served in the Royal Air Force for 18 years and proudly became an American citizen in 2013.
Gene Stepko – A 21-year US Air Force veteran, Gene flew B-52 and T-38 aircraft.
Wayne Miller (General Manager) – Wayne, a US Air Force veteran, brings 27 years of retail and marketing experience from his tenure at Procter and Gamble.

Shooting Range: Elevate your shooting skills at their cutting-edge range. With safety at the forefront, all shooters need a signed waiver before they can participate. They host events like Tactical Tuesday, designed to enhance shooting skills, and they’re also a venue for the US Practical Shooting Association competitions.

Training: Last Resort Guns Inc. offers a plethora of training classes, such as Practical Concealed Carry, Youth .22 Rifle Safety and Shooting, Church Security, and Basic Pistol courses, among others.

Pricing:

Single Day Pass: $24 for an individual shooter. An additional shooter can join for $12, with a maximum of two shooters per lane.
Gun Rental: Prices range from $10 to $20. Note: The first ammunition box for a rented gun must be purchased in-store.

Membership Plans:

Trial Membership – A non-binding 3-month trial.
Regular Membership – Annual membership with benefits like no additional shooting fees and a 10% discount on accessories.
Premier Membership – All the perks of a Regular Membership and more, including priority lane bookings. A unique Lifetime option is available at this tier.

Firearm, Ammunition, and Accessories: Last Resort Guns stocks a diverse range of firearms from top brands like Glock, Smith & Wesson, and SIG Sauer. Their ammunition brands include Hornady, Winchester, and Federal Premium, to name a few. In accessories, expect brands like FrogLube, Trijicon, and Aimpoint.
