Located in Lancaster, CA, the Desert Marksmen Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc. has been a recognized non-profit institution since July 1st, 1958. This renowned club offers a diverse range of shooting disciplines for both sport and self-defense purposes.

  • Location: The range’s location is easily accessible with a provided roadmap. Additionally, Verizon cell service works proficiently in the area, though AT&T might have weaker signals with certain devices.
  • Educational Pursuits: The club emphasizes firearms safety and proper ethics, aiming to educate new shooters.

Membership:

  • Orientation: New members must undergo a mandatory range orientation before receiving their membership package.
  • Renewals & New Memberships: Renewals for 2023/2024 are currently being accepted. New memberships will be processed following the completion of renewals. The club doesn’t send renewal notices, putting the onus on members to renew by June 30th every year.
  • Annual Dues: Membership runs from July 1st to June 30th annually. Fees are consistent throughout the year and aren’t pro-rated for late joiners.
  • Equal Opportunity: Desert Marksmen champions equality. Discrimination based on race, religion, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, sex, or sexual preference is strictly prohibited, ensuring an inclusive environment for all.

Note: The use of Tannerite at the Desert Marksmen Range or anywhere in the Angeles National Forest is strictly prohibited by forest service regulations.
