Los Altos Rod and Gun Club provides a safe, fun, family-oriented outdoor shooting range for both novices and seasoned shooters. Situated in a picturesque location atop a mountain, the club is designed for those who wish to enjoy and hone their shooting skills.

Hours: Public hours are from Thursday to Sunday, 9AM-3PM. The last admission is at 3PM, with shooting activities concluding at 4PM. Please note the range is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Pricing:

  • Adult Admission: $35
  • Ages 7-17: $17.00
  • Veterans, Active Military, First Responders (with ID): $17.00
  • Annual Pass (Adult 18+): $650 (Includes unlimited public day range entrance fees for 12 months, free junior entry, and Pro-shop discounts)
  • Electric Trap: +$7/round (25 shots)

  • Digital Gift Cards available for purchase (Applicable for goods and entrance fees)
  • Discounts: May 18th through July 30th – 1 Junior Entry free with 1 paid Adult Entry

Notable Guidelines:

  • Firearms are not available for rent; shooters must bring their own.
  • Ammunition is available for purchase but can only be used on the range.
  • Cellular service may be limited, so plan meetups accordingly.
  • Wood and asphalt paper target frames are provided. Bring a stapler or rent one for $2.
  • Safety is paramount: An Orange Safety Card is required (attained after a safety quiz), and non-English speakers need a translating escort.
